MIRE/C³: Multi-layer Intrusion Response Engine

Error Capturing Improvements

The MIRE/C³ - Improved Error Capture

The MIRE/C³ has been enhanced to ensure that errors triggered by scrapers targeting protected websites are automatically redirected into the MIRE/C system.

In Neutral 404 mode, all errors are handled uniformly through a generic response, minimizing information leakage and maintaining consistency.

When MIRE/C³ mode is enabled, the system shifts its strategy entirely—embracing the philosophy:
“Stop defending. Start deceiving.”

Instead of merely blocking or rejecting malicious activity, MIRE/C³ actively misleads and diverts it, turning unwanted traffic into a controlled and observable interaction.

Improvements to the MIRE/C³

The MIRE/C³ doesn’t just block attackers—it slows them down and feeds them noise. By introducing delays and serving deceptive content, it keeps malicious actors occupied while shielding real web infrastructure from scraping and attack.
